Grounded is a retreat designed to provide space for the middle and high school students to have fun, worship, and wrestle with the truth of the gospel message.

• Grounded is open to all Youth Groups in the Diocese
• This is a great “new student” or “bring your friends” event
• Dynamic speakers and high quality, professional worship music
• Three worship and teaching sessions: Fri Night, Sat Morning, and Sat Night
• Time on Saturday to “hit the town” with our own group

Cost: $75* per student (plus bring a little personal spending cash for our free time, just in case)

  • 9am – Leave from the King’s house
  • 10am – Worship and Session #2
  • 11:15am – Panel Discussion for students AND Youth Leader Meeting
  • 12pm – Lunch
  • 1pm – Free time (group hitting the town for something fun TBD)
  • 6pm – Dinner
  • 7pm – Worship and Session #3
  • 8pm – Ice Cream Social
  • 8:30pm – Small Group
  • 9:15pm – Dismiss
  • 10’ish – Pickup from King’s house

* If you’re student would like to attend, but the money is an issue, please let me (Dan) know. We often have people in the church who like helping kids get to these things. So just ask me about potential scholarships, and I’ll see what I can do.
